Role:

• Will work on specific ATL, BTL, Digital and Direct Marketing projects as Art Director with different copywriters.
• Will act as mentor to Junior Art Directors and Graphic Artists in the company for conceptualization and over-all output.
• Is expected to coordinate with different departments within the agency such as Account Management and Digital/Operations.
• Will supervise printing, photography, video shoot and editing of projects.

Criteria:

• Must be highly conceptual on ATL, BTL, Direct Marketing and Digital; with good graphic design judgement, digital execution know-how and technical production knowledge.
• Must be able to fill out various art-based roles, when needed, including supervising printing and other production.
• Must come from a respectable University, with a degree in communication, advertising, fine arts and/or design.
• Must have had at least 2-3 years of experience as Art Director in ATL and BTL agencies.
• Must be willing to work long hours (only when necessary, promise.)

Role:

• Analyze our user needs and design software based on client specifications.
• Develop robust and user-friendly web applications and modify existing applications to correct errors or improve overall performance.
• Collaborate with managers, copywriters, art directors, and other programmers to design systems to support required applications.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements:

• 1 year work experience or at least three (3) completed projects that are currently live.
• Experience in using PHP, Laravel, Python, MySQL, PostgreSQL, REST API and Wordpress.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills are highly preferred.
• Experience in deploying applications using AWS Services, Google Cloud, or other equivalent Platform.
• Should know how to use Github, Docker and Project Management Tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Should have strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with peers, managers, and clients in order to develop effective solutions and successfully complete projects.
